Minstrel Gallery 

THE interior of St. Mary’s is always quaint and sometimes very fine. The name of the Minstrels’ Gallery itself is charming—and who cares if the armour is not mediaeval but Stuart? The gallery is reached by a narrow winding stair and was surely part of the Original design. Does not the very name call up the past?
